BJ Game Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BJ Game ("BJ Game", "we", "us", "the platform"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

To register and use BJ Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BJ Game does not permit use of the platform by anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by BJ Game or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a BJ Game employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of any of the above.

BJ Game may request verification of your age at any time. Until age verification is successfully completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending. If verification reveals a player to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited and any remaining deposits returned after deducting any amounts already used in gaming activity.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on BJ Game. Duplicate accounts — whether registered in the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same IP address — are prohibited. If BJ Game detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BJ Game will never contact you by phone or message to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify BJ Game support immediately at support@bjgame.biz. Any activity carried out using your account credentials before you notify us of a security breach is your responsibility.

KYC Verification

BJ Game may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

All transactions on BJ Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but start from as low as Rs 200. BJ Game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your BJ Game balance promptly upon payment confirmation — typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods.

BJ Game does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which BJ Game has no control. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable charges before depositing.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) for withdrawals above the standard threshold.
• You must withdraw to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you personally. Third-party payment methods are not accepted for withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must be played through according to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within one hour. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are near-instant. Bank IBFT transfers complete on the same business day for standard amounts. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow standard card processing timelines. BJ Game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts, but large withdrawals may require additional processing time.

BJ Game's sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface. The following general principles apply across all sports betting activity on BJ Game:

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed in writing on-screen and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed verbally or via any communication channel other than the BJ Game platform interface are not recognised. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the bet was placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds was made (manifestly incorrect odds compared to the fair market); the event does not proceed within the scheduled timeframe (typically 24 hours for most events, 72 hours for Test cricket). In such cases, the stake is returned to your BJ Game balance.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to technical processing. There may be a brief delay between the action in the event and the acceptance of an in-play bet. BJ Game does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet placed at a specific moment — the odds and market availability at the time of confirmation apply. BJ Game reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.

Results and Settlements

All sporting event results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Where an official result is revised after initial settlement (for example, due to a disqualification or DLS revision in cricket), BJ Game will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised official result. Revised settlements may result in winnings being adjusted or reclaimed from your balance.

BJ Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside that promotion. These general principles apply to all BJ Game bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms (e.g., a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn).
• BJ Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to limit or decline participation in a promotion to any player at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-device and one-per-IP basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts is a prohibited activity under Section 7.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly or used in markets specifically excluded in the promotion terms.

The BJ Game referral programme operates under separate referral-specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are credited as real money (not bonus balance) and do not carry standard bonus wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the referral programme terms at the time of your participation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BJ Game. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or irregular betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting events, or placing bets in patterns consistent with match-fixing activity.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, bonus terms or odds discrepancies in ways that constitute abuse rather than normal play.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account to circumvent rules, claim bonuses multiple times or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after using deposited funds for gaming activity. Any fraudulent chargeback will be pursued legally.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated betting systems, scripts, bots or AI tools to place bets or interact with the BJ Game platform without human input.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your BJ Game account, including sharing login credentials for any reason.
• Money laundering: Using the BJ Game platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or to process funds of illegal origin.
• Colluding in poker: Communicating with other players during poker hands in a way that gives an unfair advantage, whether via external messaging or agreed signals.

BJ Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Request from the account holder themselves (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player and no breach has occurred, the remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact BJ Game support at support@bjgame.biz or use the account management tools in their dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and the account is locked from all gaming activity for the requested period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any BJ Game content without prior written permission from BJ Game. Scraping, mirroring or automated data collection from the BJ Game platform is strictly prohibited.

BJ Game provides the platform and its associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BJ Game disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

BJ Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or any other financial losses. BJ Game's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BJ Game does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. BJ Game is not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime where the cause is outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages or force majeure events.

BJ Game may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the BJ Game platform homepage. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless a specific effective date is stated.

Your continued use of BJ Game following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
